There is a Path Forward
Therapy for the Second Half of Life
How I Can Help
Life brings seasons of uncertainty, loss, and change. Therapy can offer a place to understand what you're experiencing—and to discover what may be asking to emerge next.
Anxiety
Anxiety can make life feel smaller than it was meant to be. It may show up as constant worry, racing thoughts, difficulty sleeping, physical tension, or a sense that you're always waiting for something to go wrong. Whether your anxiety has been present for years or has emerged during a time of change, therapy can help you understand what's driving it and develop healthier ways of responding.
Together, we'll work to reduce anxiety while strengthening your confidence, resilience, and ability to engage more fully in the life you want to live.
Grief
Grief is a natural response to loss, but that doesn't make it easy. The loss of a loved one, a relationship, a career, health, or a long-held dream can leave us feeling unsteady and uncertain. There is no "right" way to grieve, and healing doesn't mean forgetting—it means learning how to carry loss while remaining open to life.
Life Transitions & Purpose
There comes a time in many lives when the questions become deeper than simply, "How do I feel better?" We begin asking, "Who am I now?" "What gives my life meaning?" or "What comes next?" These questions often arise during retirement, the loss of a loved one, relationship changes, caregiving, health concerns, or other significant life transitions.
While these seasons can be unsettling, they also hold the possibility of growth, wisdom, and renewal. Rather than seeing this season of life as an ending, I believe it can become the beginning of a more authentic and fulfilling chapter.
With more than 40 years of experience, I provide a thoughtful, supportive space where we can explore both the practical and emotional challenges of change. Together, we'll work to strengthen resilience, reconnect with your values, and help you move forward with greater clarity, purpose, and hope.
